Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.  

  • 30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item(s) for a full refund.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return your original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
